The 22 foot walkaround 1990 Grady White has had a Mercruiser repower 220hp carbureted 5.0L (Chevy) engine and an Alpha 1 outdrive in 2005
The boat has the following upgrades:
- electrical wiring,
-cables,
-power steering, and
-sea water pump.
It has an inboard flushing valve (Perko Flush Pro) and a through hull engine cooling intake with a see thru fitting to view the water flow for the cooling system.
A garden hose attaches to the Flush Pro and quickly flushes the cooling system of salt water. It has been flushed after every saltwater use and never left in the water, always trailered for each use.
The boat has two fairly new batteries and a Guest master switch for them.
It has an extra prop and emergency equipment needed for USCG compliancy, flares, throwable life cushion, noise maker horn, marine first aid kit and area indelible maps.

The interior has had the cushions reupholstered and a new cockpit cover that makes your controls weather resistant when put up.
There is a teak swim platform, a collapsible boarding ladder and a ingeneous removable transom for a 3.5 Tohatsu kicker motor for trolling or extra security to motor home in case of a problem.
The roller Venture 2007 trailer has 4 wheel brakes that were overhauled this summer, along with a complete service to the boat engine with new filters and a sea water pump impeller.
It has a good sized fuel tank that is nearly full.
There are no issues with the mechanics or physical structure. The cosmetics are great with only the bimini top faded somewhat from the sun. There is a good sized anchor and chain and adequate rope line to drop anchor.
I have owned and lovingly cared for this boat since 2008 when it had only 27 hours.
